The Offices of Realty Holdings, LLC., was founded in 1998 as a small family- style, full-service real estate services company specializing in Upper East Side Townhouse & Brownstone Rentals and Sales, concentrating within the most fashionable neighborhood near Central Park, the Upper East Side.
The Upper East Side with it's majestic austere blocks; where sophistication, culture, fashion and society all come together. The Upper East Side, (UES) has often been known as one of the finest neighborhoods in Manhattan to live for a multitude of reasons. Aside from the obvious natural beauty and architecture, and it's overall safe & homogenous neighborhoods to live, the neighborhood alone offers a prospective buyer, whether it be first time buyers and/or investors alike, the added comfort of knowing one's investment will always appreciate.
